My old deviantart account. →
If I ever find the password I’ll fix my prints account to actually have sensible prices. The interface was a nightmare and I sort of gave up half way through organising. Will sort it when I have time.

Bump the zany mousey [for Eden]
Okay, an early view for Eden’s birthday as his mum assured me that after Lumpy was given to Adrian Eden for sure needed a toy making. ;) Would definitely have got one anyway as he’s a fabulous boy. So, Bump. Bump is a mouse, natural prey to an owl like this one. However, with teeth like these…
I think he can fend for himself.
Stripey the Oddly Indigenous Lion-form (sewing...
Stripey is a cat whose markings are that of a body project from an unknown region. He calls himself a spirit lion - I’ll leave that to the viewer to consider the validity of this particular claim. One particular marking stands out. He has the word ‘!RAR!’ emblazoned on his belly surrounded by tweeded stitching. Maybe, he is from the internet, it is hard to tell.

In the old days when I went to art boards:
They have WIP or ‘work in process’ forums and in that spirit if I make changes to an image and repost I’ll just tell you it’s a Re-Edit or an RE rather than hiding my old versions and transgressions. It’ll keep my process open to new readers.
Angela (Angel to her friends) the Sock Monkey
y mascot is a bit of a vain beastie. Her name is Angel and she has a big heart… sewn onto her dress. She likes shopping and skiing. She is also a bit of a dope.

Pygmalion (Millie) - Sock monkey sewing project.
I wanted to make something for my friend’s birthday as she had a significant one a couple of months back and she’s been through a lot.
My friend is a bit of a superhero in my eyes hence the cape and the mask for the monkey. Both of which are hand embroidered, beaded or sequined.
My friend’s first initial is ‘M’ so is Millie the Sock Monkey. Millie is a...

Mourning and Religiousity
Parents were round for dinner today. We discussed some recent losses and how people were coping. I cried a little over the decline of a friend who has been dear to me since I was an infant. Concerned over how he was doing and how long it has been since I had seen him.
My mum sees tears and she brings up Jesus and Heaven. How the faithful cope better in the face of death/decline as they have the...
